This hotel perfectly accommodated my sister’s handicap needs when another couldn’t. And beyond that, the staff was incredibly helpful. I was shown the rooms before checking in to make sure it would suit our needs, and Richard at the front desk even fixed my sister’s wheelchair when the tire popped off the track. He helped me find a drink for my baby, and was so incredibly friendly. This will be the hotel we use every time we come to Lexington from now on. Thank you Richard! And thank you Guest House Inn!

Great service, clean rooms, quiet, breakfast has alil bit of everything. Stayed on our way to MEMPHIS and also stayed on our way back. Great rates, coffee brewed and available all hours. There is a small inside pool we didn't use it but appeared clean and functioning

I should qualify this review by stating that my perspective on hotels was largely formed when I was selling medical devices in NC/SC and was often on the road 5 nights a week back in 2005-2010 and so, I saw a lot of stuff.... Read about the Guest House and gave it a try on the way to Chicago and was very glad I did. Lexington is about halfway to Chi from NC and there are a lot of places to choose from. The Guest House is clean, quiet, reasonably priced and everything worked - at least in my room they did. Richard and Chris were very kind and welcoming and offered suggestions on good places to eat. Normally I skip the "hotel breakfast" (I LOVE that commercial with the dog eating off the floor and the old lady with the bag of rancid hard-boiled eggs) but they served biscuits and sausage gravy, so.....I know I'm an ex- yankee, but it was really good. And the fruit was really fresh, too. I was dodging the deadly tornados that tragically hit London, KY 70 miles to the south (if I had gone through western NC and Tennessee instead of VA & WV I would gone right through there) so luckily even though I woke up at 5 AM to beat the storm I was fully rested. One of the biggest problems I had when I was on the road so much was trying to sleep in hotels. It got to be a real problem at times. I slept so well at the Guest House I booked a room on my return trip home to NC and Chris even gave me the same room. That's pretty cool. At least I know who had it 3 nights before! I very rarely book a room at the same hotel more than once. Unless I REALLY like it. And them. Draw your own conclusions....

We have been here 2 weekends in a row for a volleyball tournament. The price is good, clean rooms, and has a pool. Richard at the front desk is amazing. Definitely recommend. It's not a higher end place but it's clean and has comfy beds and etc.

Had a great experience! Gage at the front desk was super sweet and kind. Very knowledgeable. Great location, very convenient! The rooms were exceptionally large. I had stayed in a room with double beds. Very comfortable! Very clean! The breakfast bar was phenomenal! Very delicious! On my next trip, I'll be booking at this hotel again.

I had a pleasant stay at the Guesthouse Inn in Lexington, Kentucky for one night. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Parking was great. The staff was friendly and check-in was quick and easy. I appreciated the AARP discount, which made the stay even more affordable. Great value for a convenient, no-fuss experience. I would definitely recommend this place for—any—of your stays.

This is a great place to stay. Close to UK Chandler Hospital. Rooms are clean and staff is great. I think it is an amazing price for a great place to stay.

Good hotel, staff was amazing, Tony check us in witch was easy, and he even told us a story about a fake $20, Every time we came in he always asked us if we need anything, and if we did asked, it was taken care right the and there. Room was nice, little dated. A/c would freeze you out, tv size was nice but it did have a few pixels that were not working. Towels were really thin, but did the job. The room are not really well insulated, we heard kids running around in the room above us all night, and was woke up by a trash truck dumping a dumpster. Location, was good really close to a lot of great restaurants, must try Marie Mexican cuisine, The only issues I had with the location was there where homeless people at the stop light right in front of the hotel, I know the hotel can do nothing about that
